Who can see my appointment photos?
The before, during and after photos from your booking show on your pro’s profile unless you turn them off. In My Pampas, open the booking and tap Who sees these photos. Turn a photo off and it stays off your pro’s profile, whoever took it: only you, your pro and Pampa staff can see it. You can change it any time.
Written for the Pampa app as of 19 Oct 2026 (update 1.0.371). If your app looks different, update Pampa from the App Store.
Choosing who sees each photo
In My Pampas, open the paid booking under Completed and tap Who sees these photos. The row tells you how many are public, for example All 3 photos are public.
Each photo has a switch. On, it reads Shows on your pro’s profile. Off, it reads Only you and your pro. The app uses your pro’s first name, for example Only you and Mia. Each change saves as soon as you tap it, and you can switch it back whenever you like.
What turning a photo off does
The photo comes down from your pro’s profile and from any look you’ve shared. Your pro can’t feature it or put it back. It works the same whether you took the photo or your pro did.
Your pro still has it in their own records of your booking, and it stays in My Pampas for you either way.
Looks you’ve shared
When you share your look, photos you’ve turned off are left out. A shared look needs at least one public after photo, so if they’re all off, the app asks you to make one public first.
Your shared link follows your choices as you make them: turn a photo off and it drops out. On the same screen, Your look is shared shows while the link works. Tap Stop sharing and confirm, and the link stops opening. If you share again later, you get a new link.
One thing no setting can reach: anyone who already saved a photo keeps their copy.
