Read as a customer →How do I update the Pampa app?
Most updates arrive by themselves: Pampa downloads them and they apply the next time you close and reopen the app. To get one now, tap Check for Updates at the bottom of the Profile tab. A new version comes from the App Store: tap your profile picture there, find Pampa and tap Update.
Written for the Pampa app as of 25 Oct 2026 (update 1.0.418). If your app looks different, update Pampa from the App Store.
Two kinds of update
| In-app update | App Store update | |
|---|---|---|
| What changes | Fixes and smaller changes | A new version of the app |
| How you get it | Pampa downloads it by itself | From the App Store, or automatically |
| When it starts working | The next time you close and reopen Pampa | Once it has installed |
Get the latest in-app update now
Open the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom. Next to your version number, tap Check for Updates.
If there’s an update, Pampa downloads it and asks to restart. Tap Restart Now. Tap Later to keep going; it applies the next time you close and reopen Pampa.
If it says You’re up to date, there’s nothing newer for your version of the app. If something is still missing, update from the App Store.
To close Pampa fully, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause, then swipe Pampa up and off the screen.
Update from the App Store
Open the App Store and tap your profile picture at the top right. Under updates, tap Update next to Pampa. You can also search for Pampa and tap Update.
If the button says Open, you already have the latest version.
In-app updates only reach recent versions of the app. On an older version, Check for Updates can say you’re up to date while newer features are missing. Updating from the App Store fixes that.
Automatic updates
iPhones update apps from the App Store by themselves unless that’s been turned off. To check, open Settings › Apps › App Store and make sure App Updates is on. On iOS 17 and earlier, it’s Settings › App Store.
Your version number is at the bottom of the Profile tab, next to Check for Updates.
Updating doesn’t change your services, bookings, calendar or payouts.
