My profile header photo or logo looks wrong

The top of your card shows your cover photo if you’ve set one. If not, your profile picture fills it. A picture too small to fill it sharply stays in the circle instead, on a soft background, so upload a larger one. If you run a salon and your picture is your logo, tell Pampa and it’s shown whole.

Written for the Pampa app as of 19 Oct 2026 (update 1.0.350). If your app looks different, update Pampa from the App Store.

What fills the top of your card

Your cover photo comes first. With no cover, your profile picture fills the top instead, and the circle below shows your initials, so the same picture doesn’t appear twice.

When a customer opens your card from a particular look or treatment, the top shows that look’s photo or the treatment’s picture instead, so they see what they tapped.

On the Book tab’s list of who’s free, your card shows your cover photo. With no cover, it shows up to three of your Socials photos, or, with none, your initials on a colour.

Checking what customers see

On Home, tap Preview how customers see your profile. Tap Add cover, or Change cover, to pick one of your Socials photos or add a new one. A new one is saved to Socials too.

In your preview, a card with no cover leaves the top empty with Add cover, so you can see the gap. Customers see your profile picture there.

If it looks blurry or plain

A picture under about 400 pixels wide isn’t stretched to fill the top, because it would blur. The top gets a plain, soft background and your picture stays in the circle, where it’s small enough to look sharp. Upload a larger picture, or add a cover.

If you’re still using the picture from your Google account, Pampa now asks Google for a larger copy, so it should look sharper than it did.

If you run a salon

When you set a new profile picture, the app asks Is this your logo?. Tap It’s our logo and it’s shown whole on a plain background at the top of your card. Tap It’s a photo and it fills that space. If you close the question without answering, it’s treated as a photo.

A new picture is asked about again. To change your answer later, tap the pencil next to your salon name on Home. In Edit Salon Card, the This picture is our logo switch is under Change photo.

A cover photo, once you set one, takes the top of your card either way.
