Read as a customer →Are there any fees or commissions for therapists apart from the payment processing fee?
No. Pampa takes no commission from your bookings, and payouts are free. The only deduction is card processing: 1.7% + $0.30 per payment, or 3.5% + $0.30 on an international card. On a $100 booking, you receive $98.00.
Written for the Pampa app as of 19 Oct 2026 (update 1.0.373). If your app looks different, update Pampa from the App Store.
How fees work on a booking
The customer’s invoice and the amount you receive once the booking is paid.
What comes out of your payment
Card processing, and nothing else. It’s charged by our payment processor on each payment: 1.7% + $0.30 on an Australian card, 3.5% + $0.30 on an international card.
On a $100 booking, that’s $2.00, so you receive $98.00. On a $150 booking, it’s $2.85, and you receive $147.15.
If you add services during the appointment, the customer pays them as a second payment, and card processing applies to that payment too.
The paid card on your booking shows the breakdown: your price, the card processing, and what you earn. Under Earnings, each booking in Recent Earnings shows the card processing taken off.
When a Pampa offer or voucher pays part of the price, no card is charged for that part, so there’s no card processing on it. Pampa pays the offer, so you still earn on your full price.
What you keep in full
Your travel fee is yours in full, with no card processing taken from it.
If you choose to fund an offer or a promo code, that discount comes off your price. Offers Pampa runs are paid by Pampa, not you.
A booking request that carries an offer shows it under Offers on this booking before you accept. When it’s your own offer, the request also shows about what you’ll receive for the services after your offer and fees, plus any travel fee.
If fees change
If Pampa ever changes its fees or adds a fee on your earnings, the Partner Agreement gives you at least 30 days’ notice in the app, and you can leave before it applies.
