Why can’t I see distances or travel fees?
Distances and travel fees are measured from your pin, and as a guest you don’t have one yet. You set it when you sign up, or on the booking form. As a guest, the travel fee on the booking form is an estimate, and Pampa works out the exact fee when you send your request.

On the Book tab and profiles
With an account and a pin, cards show how far the pro is and their travel fee, such as +$15 travel, and the Book tab only shows pros who travel to you.
As a guest, cards show the pro’s suburb only, and the Book tab shows pros whether or not they travel to you.
On the booking form
Once you pin a spot, the price box shows a Travel fee row: an amount, or Free.
As a guest, that amount is an estimate, worked out on your phone from the pro’s approximate location. When you send your request, Pampa works out the travel fee from the exact locations. The amount is on the invoice your pro sends, and you see it before you pay.
If your pin is further than the pro travels, the app shows Outside this Pro’s travel area and doesn’t send the request. Pin a closer spot, or choose another pro.
