Is Pampa free to use?

Downloading Pampa, browsing and creating an account are free. When you book, you pay the pro’s price plus a Platform Fee (10% of services under $300, $25 from $300) with GST on that fee, and there’s no Platform Fee on your first paid booking. Pros pay no commission: only card processing, 1.7% + $0.30, comes out of each payment.

For customers

You pay the price your pro sets, any travel fee they charge, and the Platform Fee: 10% of the services when they come to under $300, or a flat $25 when they’re $300 or more. Travel doesn’t count toward it.

On your first paid booking, the Platform Fee is $0.00. You still pay your pro’s price and any travel fee. On a $120 facial, you pay $120.00 the first time and $132.00 after that.

You see the full breakdown on the invoice before you pay, and nothing is charged until you do.

For pros

Joining Pampa and listing your services is free, and Pampa takes no commission from your price.

Card processing is 1.7% + $0.30 per payment, or 3.5% + $0.30 on an international card. On a $100 booking, you receive $98.00. Your travel fee is yours in full.
