How do I sign up as a customer or a pro?

Creating your account

On the login screen, under Log in or sign up, tap Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple on an iPhone. The first time you continue, your account is created. There’s no separate sign-up form.

Sign in with email, lower on that screen, is for demo accounts only.

Choosing customer or pro

Welcome to Pampa! asks which you are. Tap Pampa Me Now (I’m a Customer) to book appointments, or Get Booked (I’m a Professional) to offer your services, on your own or as a salon.

Picked the wrong one? The next screen has a way back: Are you a professional? Tap here for customers, or Not a professional? Tap here for pros.

Signing up as a customer

Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, fill in your profile and pin your location. Preferences come next and are optional, then notifications.

Signing up as a pro

Get Booked takes you through the Partner Agreement, your first service, where you’re based, your hours and how far you travel. You then verify your identity from Home. The answer for pros goes through each step.

Signing up while you book

If you start a booking on a pro’s profile as a guest and continue with a Google or Apple account that’s new to Pampa, you’re set up as a customer, with the name, phone number and pin from your booking.
