Why do I need an account to book?
A booking is made from a customer account: it holds the name, phone number and pin your pro needs, and it’s where you pay and follow the booking. As a guest, you can pick your services and time first. The app asks you to sign in when you tap Book with on the Book tab, or Confirm Booking on a pro’s profile, and keeps what you picked.
Written for the Pampa app as of 19 Oct 2026 (update 1.0.350). If your app looks different, update Pampa from the App Store.
Booking as a guest
On the Book tab, tap a time and tick services on a pro’s card, then tap Book with and the pro’s name. Sign in to book opens. Sign in, then tap Book with again and tap Confirm Booking. Your list carries over if your account doesn’t have one already.
From a pro’s profile, add the services you want on the Services tab and tap Book. Pick a date and time and tap Continue to Location.
Pin where the pro should come, then fill in Name and Phone Number. The Name field only shows when you’re a guest.
Tap Confirm Booking. Sign in to book opens, with Continue with Google and Continue with Apple. Keep browsing closes it, and your booking form stays as it was.
If you’re new to Pampa
Continue with Google or Apple. Welcome to Pampa says it’s saving your name, phone number and pin from the booking. You can change them later in the Profile tab.
Tick that you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, and tap Complete & book. Your new account is a customer account.
If you already have an account
Sign in, and a booking from a pro’s profile carries on. You don’t need to tap Confirm Booking again.
An account set up as a pro can’t make bookings. The app tells you, and you need a customer account to book.
What gets sent
Confirm Booking sends a request to the pro, and nothing is charged. You pay after the pro accepts.
