Read as a pro →What is the travel fee on my booking?
Pros who come to you can charge a travel fee based on how far your pin is from where they work. You see it in the price box before you send your request, and on the invoice before you pay. Some pros travel for free nearby.

Where you see it
The price box on the booking form has a Travel fee row: an amount, or Free. The same amount is on the invoice your pro sends.
The Platform Fee is worked out on your services and the travel fee together.
When it says to be confirmed
If your pro hasn’t set where they work from yet, the Travel fee row shows a dash and the total says + travel. The fee is set when your pro accepts, and it’s on the invoice before you pay. If it doesn’t suit, cancel before paying. It’s free.
Outside this Pro’s travel area
Your pin is further than the pro travels. Pin a closer spot, or book a pro nearer to you.
