How do I build my menu from the Pampa Catalog?
The Pampa Catalog has more than 200 beauty services already written up, in chapters such as Nails and Facial. On My Services, tap + Add from Pampa Catalog, find a service, and tap The method › to see its steps and where it usually sits on price. Tap Customise & add: the description, time and way of pricing are filled in, and you set every price.
Written for the Pampa app as of 19 Oct 2026 (update 1.0.350). If your app looks different, update Pampa from the App Store.
How to build your menu from the Pampa Catalog
Open the Pampa Catalog, search for a service, read the method, set your prices and add it.
What’s in the Catalog
The Catalog has more than 200 services in nine chapters: Cut & Colour, Styling, Makeup, Facial, Nails, Spray Tan, Brows & Lashes, Bridal and Men’s Grooming. Men’s Grooming lists services from the other chapters.
Each entry has a name, a short description and a typical time, such as 75 min. A tag shows when it’s priced a different way: Options or Hourly. No tag means one set price.
The Catalog has no prices. Every price on your menu is the one you set.
Opening it
On My Services, tap + Add from Pampa Catalog under a category. It opens on that category’s chapter. Tap another chapter name at the top to switch. It isn’t on the Packages tab.
Build your menu on My Services opens it too, from Add your first service, Round out your menu, and Add more followed by a category. Add more tells you how many more services the Catalog has in a category you already work in.
Finding a service
Type in Find a look in the edit to search every chapter at once, for example balayage. It matches service names and descriptions, and each result shows its chapter.
If nothing matches, try another word or browse a chapter.
The method
Tap The method › on an entry. It lists the steps for the service, tips under From the chair, and Where it sits: whether it’s typically an entry-price, mid-range or premium service in your market.
This part is only for you. Customers see the service name and description.
Where it sits describes the service, not a figure. Pampa doesn’t suggest prices.
Adding a service
Tap Customise & add. The name is fixed here. You can rename the service later from My Services.
The way of pricing comes set up. An Options service comes with its rows and times, such as one per hair length. An Hourly service comes with a minimum number of hours. You can change any of it.
Every price box starts empty. If one is missing when you tap Add to my services, it’s outlined in red.
The description is filled in. Change it to describe how you do the service, then tap Add to my services.
The entry then reads ✓ In your list, with Manage in My Services ›, so you can’t add it twice by mistake. The Catalog knows your services by name, so a service you’ve renamed no longer shows In your list.
Building your menu
Start with the services you do most. Customers can find you once you have at least one, and you can add more at any time.
For a service you do that isn’t in the Catalog, tap + Add [category] Service at the bottom of a category, for example + Add Nails Service, and write it yourself.
Packages aren’t in the Catalog. Make one on the Packages tab from services you’ve added.
To change a price or a description later, tap the pencil on the service in My Services.
