How do I add services and set prices?

Open My Services and tap + Add from Pampa Catalog to start from a service that’s already written up, or add your own. You set every price and how long it takes, and choose how you charge: Fixed, Options, Hourly or a Package. Customers see the price you set, and no commission comes out of it.

Where your menu lives

Your services are on the My Services tab, with one tab per category: Cut & Colour, Styling, Makeup, Facial, Nails, Spray Tan, Brows & Lashes and Bridal, then Packages. Each tab shows how many services it has, for example Nails (2).

Build your menu at the top lists what’s left to do, such as Add your first service and Round out your menu. Under your services, Menu & pricing tips lists the ways to price you haven’t used yet, each with an Add button.

Starting from the Pampa Catalog

Tap + Add from Pampa Catalog. The Catalogue has services already written up, in chapters by category. Search across all of them with Find a look in the edit. Each entry has a short description and a typical time, and some are marked Options or Hourly.

Tap The method to see the steps, tips from the chair and where the service usually sits on price. That part is for you. Customers see the name and description.

Tap Customise & add. The pricing type, any options and the time come filled in, and every price starts empty for you to set. You can change the description here, and rename the service later from My Services. Tap Add to my services. The entry then reads ✓ In your list, so you can’t add it twice by mistake.

Adding your own

At the bottom of a category, tap + Add [category] Service, for example + Add Nails Service. Give it a name, set the pricing, add a description, and tap Save.

To change a service, tap the pencil on it. To remove one, tap the bin and confirm Remove. A removed service has to be added again from scratch.

Ways to price, and what customers see

Fixed: one price and How long does it take? (minutes). Customers see the price, for example $90.

Options: a price and a time for each option, such as hair length, with + Add option for more. Customers see one service, for example 4 options · from $220 (150 mins), tap Choose and pick one. On the Book tab it shows from and your lowest price.

Hourly: an Hourly rate and Minimum hours (2 if you leave it empty). Customers see $90/hr and min 2 hr. They’re charged for at least the minimum hours, and extra time is added on the day. Their cart warns them it may cost more if the appointment runs over. On the Book tab it shows your hourly rate, such as $90/hr.

Package: on the Packages tab, tap + Add a Package. Add at least two items, typed in or picked from your services, then a Package price and How long does the whole package take?. Normally costs (optional) is shown to customers as a crossed-out price. Customers see What’s included and, when there’s a saving, Save $X · One visit · one travel fee. Packages aren’t in the Pampa Catalog.

A service that was set to Requires a quote now shows Customers book this at the price above, and customers book it at that price.

How long a service takes

Every service has a time in minutes. Customers see it on the service, and it adds up in their cart. If you leave it empty, 60 minutes is used.

If a service runs over 6 hours, the app asks Check that figure before saving, in case a digit slipped in.

What you keep

Customers see the price you set. Pampa takes no commission from you. The only deduction from what you earn is card processing. See Are there any fees or commissions for therapists apart from the payment processing fee?

If you ask Pampa to change it

The Pampa team can change a fixed price, or your Pampa page link, when you ask. We change only what you asked for, and you get a notification when it’s done: Price updated, with the new price, or Web link updated. The old link keeps working for a year.

Pampa doesn’t change your prices unless you ask.
