What happens after my appointment?
Once your booking closes, it shows Paid with the amount you paid, and your before, during and after photos stay in My Pampas. Your review and public photos show on your pro’s profile, and you can share your look as a link anyone can open. To book the same pro again, tap Book again on the visit under Completed.

After your appointment
Share your look, find your photos in My Pampas, and tap Book again to book the same pro.
Your Paid booking
The booking shows Paid and moves to the Completed tab in My Pampas. Its card shows the stars you gave next to Paid, with Book again, and Share your look once the visit has an after photo. If your pro wrote aftercare, it’s on the card too. Open it to see your before and after photos under Before & After, with Share your look, Who sees these photos and Service summary.
If the visit has no before or after photos, the card shows the services and what you paid instead.
It also shows You rated with your pro’s name, the stars you gave and your words, if you wrote any.
Photos added after your visit
Your pro can add photos from your visit for 48 hours after the service. You get one notification each time they send some, for example Jess added 3 photos from your Haircut on Tue. Share your look?
Your photos in My Pampas
Open My Pampas and tap the Completed tab. Your paid bookings are listed newest first, older visits included: open one for its photos.
To keep a photo between you and your pro, tap Who sees these photos on the booking or the visit.
Your review
You rate your pro when you tap Mark complete. If you didn’t, open the booking under Completed and tap Rate with your pro’s name, within 7 days of the service. Choose a star rating and tap Send Review.
To change your review, tap Edit on You rated within 24 hours of sending it, then Save Changes.
Reviews are public. Your review shows on your pro’s profile with your name and profile photo, your stars, the date and your public photos from the visit.
If the visit has before and after photos, your review on your pro’s Reviews tab shows See the Pampa ›. It opens the visit as a look: its public photos, your review, your first name and the services you booked.
Sharing your look
Tap Share your look on the paid booking’s card or inside it. It shows once the booking has an after photo. The first time, the app tells you what the link shows: tap Create link and send it however you like. After that, it opens the same link.
The link opens a page on pampaapp.com that anyone can open without the app. It shows your before and after photos, your review, your first name and your pro’s card with a button to book them. It doesn’t show the price or the exact date.
You need at least one public after photo to share. The link keeps working until you tap Stop sharing in Who sees these photos, or until none of its after photos are public.
Booking the same pro again
Open My Pampas, tap Completed and tap Book again on the visit. Your pro’s profile opens on Services with the same services picked. Any they no longer offer are left out. Tap Book to pick a date and time.
Book again is on paid visits under Completed and cancelled ones under Cancelled.
You can also book them like any booking: on the Book tab, tap the treatment and pick a day. If they’re free that day, their card shows their times.
Their profile’s About tab shows Your bookings with your pro when you open it from Book again or from your look. Only you can see it. It lists your visits and photos, with Book this again if the pro still offers those services.
