Within an hour of your customer marking the service complete, open the booking under Wrapping Up and tap Did you perform additional services? Add the services from your menu or as a custom service, then tap Send Invoice. Your customer pays it in the app.

Adding extras
Pick services from your menu, or create a custom one with a name and price. The app warns you if a price is too low to cover the card fee.
Sending the invoice
Tap Send Invoice. The booking moves to Awaiting Payment. When your customer pays, it moves to Paid and the extra is added to your earnings.
Changed your mind? Tap Cancel additional services invoice while it’s unpaid.
The invoice stays open until it’s paid or you cancel it. Pampa reminds your customer after 1, 3 and 7 days, and tells you if it’s still unpaid after 7. If you’re owed for the extras and they won’t pay, tell Pampa through Send Feedback in your Profile.
Fees on extras
The card processing fee, 1.7% + $0.30, is taken from the extras payment too, because it’s a second card payment.
Agree it first
Tell your customer before you add something. If they dispute an extra, Pampa looks at it case by case.
