Where do I find my bookings?

Pending, Upcoming, Completed and Cancelled

Pending has requests waiting on your pro, new times to answer and accepted bookings waiting for you to pay. Upcoming has paid bookings, including the day itself and any extras to pay. Completed has every paid booking, newest first. Cancelled has cancelled bookings.

Pending and Upcoming show how many bookings are in them, for example Pending • 1. My Pampas opens on the tab with something for you to do. If the tabs don’t fit, swipe the row sideways.

Cards

Each card shows the status and the price, your pro’s photo, the date and time, and who’s coming with the services. For a salon, it names the stylist, for example Jess from Glow House.

The line at the bottom says the one thing that matters now, for example how many minutes are left to pay, that your pro is at your pinned spot, or the address. Its button does the next step: Pay, Answer, Start or Cancel open the booking at that step, Contact calls your pro, and Share your look shares your look straight away.

Photos on the card

When a booking has photos, its card ends in a row of the recent ones, yours and your pro’s, newest first. Swipe the row to see more, and tap a photo to see it full screen.

A photo your pro added since you last looked has a red dot. The dot goes when you open that photo, or when you open the booking and close it again. While the booking is open, the dot stays on the photo inside it too.

Needs you, then by day

Anything that needs you, such as paying to confirm, sits at the top under Needs you. Then come your bookings by day, starting with Today (it says when nothing is booked today). Today’s show as cards; from tomorrow on they’re listed with the time, your pro, the services and the status. Tap one to open it: it starts with where and the Total.

Opening a booking

Tap a booking to open it. Everything for that booking is inside, then the card keeps its bottom line, for example the address with See Pin under it to check the spot you pinned. Each status has one main button, for example Pay Now, Contact or Start appointment, with links under it, for example Receipt, Cancel and Help. A request keeps its Cancel button.

Tap ⓘ next to Total (Paid, once you’ve paid) to see what makes it up: each service and how long it takes, any travel or offer, then the Platform Fee and its GST worked out for that booking.

Tap the top of the card to close it again.

Photos are in short strips: Your reference photos (optional, with + Add) and Shared by your pro. Your pro’s photos show their profile photo in the lower-left corner. Tap a photo to see it full screen.

One booking is open at a time. Opening another one closes the first.

The New tag

A booking shows New when it changed while it was closed, for example your pro accepted or shared photos. The tag goes once you open the booking. Bookings stay in date order.

Knowing when something needs you

A red dot on the My Pampas tab means a booking needs you, such as a new time to answer or a payment, or you have a booking today.

Tapping a booking notification opens that booking in My Pampas. If you open the app with something happening now, something to answer or pay, or a booking in the next 7 days, it opens on My Pampas at that booking.

Reminders and tips in the bell

Tap the bell at the top right of the Book tab. REMINDERS lists a paid booking today or tomorrow, for example Tomorrow: Signature Facial, 10:00 am with Mia. TIPS lists what to do before a paid appointment, for example Before Sat 1 Nov with Mia, and what happens while your pro reviews a request.

Tap See booking › to open the booking in My Pampas, or Got it to remove the card. The bell shows a dot while there’s a card you haven’t seen.

After you send a request

Booking from a pro’s profile takes you to the new request in My Pampas. On the Book tab, the Request sent note has See it in My Pampas.
