Read as a pro →What happens on the day of my appointment?
When your pro sets off, you get a notification and the booking shows On the way in My Pampas. When they arrive, tap Start appointment. Pampa checks in a few times during the service. When it’s done, tap Mark complete and rate your pro.

On the Way
You can add a before photo, and call your pro with Contact. If your pro has set a starting point, Where they’re coming from shows it on a map. It doesn’t move: there is no live tracking.
Arrived
You get a notification that your pro is here, and a Your pro has arrived bar above the tabs. Tap either to open the booking. Before you start lists what to check: that your pro matches their profile photo and name.
Tap Start appointment.
In Progress
Pampa sends a few Quick check-in notifications with one question: how’s it going? One tap answers. Only Pampa sees your reply.
While the service is under way, the next check-in shows next to the My Pampas title, for example Check-in 2:30pm.
Help is in the links under your booking the whole time if anything feels wrong.
When it’s finished
Tap Mark complete, choose a star rating and tap Confirm Service Completion. The booking moves to Wrapping Up while your pro closes it.
