How do offers and codes work on Pampa?

Pros can run offers on their own services, and Pampa can run offers too. You find them on a pro’s profile, on their card on the Book tab, in your bell if you follow the pro, or as a code you type under Have a code? before you send your request. The discount comes off your services when you pay, and your first paid booking on Pampa has no Platform Fee.

Written for the Pampa app as of 25 Oct 2026 (update 1.0.418). If your app looks different, update Pampa from the App Store.

Using an offer

Collect an offer from your bell, find it on the pro’s card on the Book tab, see it come off your price, then pay from My Pampas.

Where you find offers

On a pro’s profile, under their name. Each offer shows the discount, its name and its terms, for example “up to $50 · first visit · ends 12 Oct”. You need to be signed in to see offers.

On the Book tab. A pro’s card in the list of who’s free shows a vouchers pill, such as 2 vouchers, when they have offers you can use. Tap it to see them, then tap Collect, or Follow to unlock an offer for followers. Collected vouchers apply on their own when you book with that pro.

In your bell. If you follow a pro, you get a notification when they publish an offer, and it shows under Following. Tap Collect to save it. Saved offers are listed under Your offers.

On a pro’s Pampa web page. A Web exclusive line by the Book button lists that pro’s web exclusives. Tap Copy next to a code, then enter it at checkout when you book that pro in Pampa. These codes aren’t shown in the app.

As a code. A pro may share a code, for example on Instagram. Booking from the Book tab, the code box is on Confirm booking, under the booking card: type the code and tap Apply. Booking from a pro’s profile, tap Have a code? in the price breakdown once your address is pinned.

How an offer gets onto your booking

An offer for everyone applies by itself. Its card says Applies automatically when you book.

A followers offer is only for people who follow the pro. If you don’t follow them, the card asks you to follow the pro to unlock it.

A code offer works once you’ve entered the code, or, if you follow the pro, once you’ve tapped Collect.

You don’t choose an offer at checkout. If more than one fits the booking, Pampa uses the offer, or pair of offers, that takes the most off.

What the discount comes off

Offers come off the price of your services only. They never reduce the travel fee or the Platform Fee, and the Platform Fee is worked out on the price before the offer.

Before you send the request, the price breakdown lists each offer, who it’s from and the amount, marked comes off when you pay. When your pro accepts, the invoice shows the offer again and the total you pay.

For example, 15% off a $120 facial is $18. If it’s your first booking and there’s no travel fee, you pay $102.

Your first booking

Your first paid booking on Pampa has no Platform Fee. Tap ⓘ beside Total on the invoice and it says No Platform Fee on your first booking. You don’t need a code for this, and it applies alongside any offer.

A pro’s offer and a Pampa offer together

One booking can use one offer from the pro and one from Pampa, if the Pampa offer allows it. The pro’s offer comes off first, and Pampa’s comes off what’s left. Each shows on its own line.

If the two can’t be combined, you get the one that takes more off.

Limits

Each offer has a number of uses per customer, set by whoever runs it. Once you’ve used it, the card says Used.

First visit means you haven’t had a paid booking with that pro yet. On a Pampa offer, first booking means your first paid booking on Pampa. If it no longer applies to you, the card says For first visits.

A minimum spend counts your services before the discount. A percent offer has a most it takes off, shown as “up to” an amount.

An offer can have an end date and a set number of uses. When they’re all used, the card says All taken. A code past its end date says That code has expired.

If the booking doesn’t go ahead

The offer is held for your booking from the moment you send the request, even if the pro pauses or ends it later.

If the request is declined, expires or is cancelled before you pay, the offer is released. If you cancel after paying and get a full refund, the offer counts as unused. A partial refund counts as using it.
