Read as a customer →How do I create an offer?
On Home, find Offers under Your setup and tap Create, then New offer. You choose the discount, who can use it (your followers, everyone, anyone with your code, or a web exclusive on your Pampa page) and how many, and you fund it: the discount comes off what you receive. Every request that uses your offer shows it, with what you’ll receive, before you accept.
Written for the Pampa app as of 29 Oct 2026 (update 1.0.523). If your app looks different, update Pampa from the App Store.
Creating an offer
Create and publish an offer, see it on a booking request, then check how it’s doing.
Where to create one
On Home, scroll to Your setup and tap Create next to Offers. Once you have an offer, the button says Manage. Your offers opens: tap New offer.
Home may also suggest Make a first-visit offer, which opens Your offers, or Add a web exclusive once you have a Pampa page link, which opens a new offer already set to Web exclusive, with a code made from your link.
Offers work the same for Just me and salon accounts.
How the offer screen works
At the top, What customers see shows the offer’s name and terms as customers will see them, for example 15% off · up to $50 · first visit.
Below it are six rows: Name, The deal, Who can use it, Rules, How many and Ends. Each row shows what’s chosen. Tap a row to open it; one row is open at a time.
The deal
Name: customers see it on your profile and at checkout.
The deal: pick % off, up to 50%, or $ off, up to $50. For % off, Max discount sets the most it takes off, $50 or less. The line under it shows what it costs you, such as: On a $100 booking your customer saves $15, and $15 comes off what you receive.
The discount comes off your services only, never the travel fee.
Who can use it
My followers: your followers see it in their feed and can collect it. Other customers see it on your profile, with a prompt to follow you.
Everyone: it applies by itself when anyone who qualifies books you. Your followers still hear about it.
With a code: choose a code of 3–20 letters or numbers, no spaces, and share it anywhere, such as your Instagram or a card at the salon. Customers type it at checkout, and your followers can also collect it from their feed. Turn on Followers only to keep the code for people who follow you. Your profile never shows the code itself.
Web exclusive: it and its code show only on your Pampa page (pampaapp.com/@ your link), on a Web exclusive line by the Book buttons. Visitors copy the code there and enter it at checkout. It isn’t in the app or your followers’ feed. Pampa suggests a code from your link and the amount, which you can change. You need a Pampa page link first: claim one on Home under Your Pampa page.
Rules, how many and end date
Rules: First visit with you is on to start, so the offer is only for customers who haven’t had a paid booking with you yet. Turn it off to let returning customers use it. If Pampa runs an offer that allows it, your customer can get both: Pampa pays its part, and you only ever pay yours. Minimum spend is optional and counts services before the discount.
Before you publish, Check the numbers shows the deal on one of your services: what the customer saves, what they pay for that service, the card processing and what you receive. Tap Try another to see it on another service. Under it: the most the offer can take off what you receive in total, from How many.
How many sets how many bookings can use the offer. It starts at 10; leave it empty for no limit. Each customer starts at 1.
Under Ends, pick No end date, 1 week, 2 weeks or 1 month. The offer runs to the end of that day.
Tap Publish, then Publish again to confirm. Or tap Save draft to finish later.
Who pays for it
You fund your own offers. The discount comes off what you receive for each booking that uses it. Card processing, 1.7% + $0.30, is worked out on what you’re paid after the offer. There’s no commission. Tap You fund your offers ⓘ at the bottom of Your offers to read this in the app.
For example, 15% off a $120 facial is $18. Your customer pays $102 for the service, and you receive about $99.97.
Offers Pampa runs are paid for by Pampa. They come off your customer’s price, not your pay. The request shows them as a Pampa offer, with Pampa covers this — you still get your full price.
Before you accept
A request that uses your offer shows Offers on this booking: your offer, the amount, and about how much you’ll receive for the services after your offer and fees, plus any travel fee. The confirm step shows it again.
After the booking is paid, your earnings breakdown lists the offer as its own line.
Who hears about it
A web exclusive isn’t announced: no notification and nothing in your followers’ feed. It shows on your Pampa page, by the Book buttons.
When you publish any other offer, your followers get a notification and the offer shows in their bell under Following. They get at most one offer notification from you a day. An offer you publish later the same day still shows in their feed.
Signed-in customers see your live offers on your profile, and as a vouchers pill on your card on the Book tab. A code offer shows there only to your followers and to customers who’ve entered the code; a web exclusive only to customers who’ve entered its code.
Changing, pausing or ending it
Your offers lists one row per offer: its name, its status (Draft, Live, Paused, Ended, Expired or All taken), the deal, who can use it (Web exclusive for one on your Pampa page) and how many are left. Ended offers are under Show ended.
Tap an offer to open it. The card at the top shows how many customers collected it, booked with it and the dollars given.
Once it’s live, the deal is set, because customers may already hold it: the screen says It’s live, so the deal is set, and The deal, Who can use it and Rules show a lock. You can still change the name, how many and when it ends, then tap Save.
Pause: new bookings stop getting it, and it no longer shows on your profile. Bookings already using it keep their discount. Tap Resume any time.
End offer: it stops for good and can’t be restarted. Bookings already using it keep their discount. You can always create a new one.
